I assume it was one of your games that brought us here. You and "trouble" are intimately intertwined, after all.

I believe it's an opportunity to learn and experience new things without countless restrictions.

But we need the restrictions do we not.

As Time Lords we do have quite the responsibility and those restrictions are there for a reason.

They are meant to teach that to aspiring Time Lords, Or did you just skip lessons that day
