I assume it was one of your games that brought us here. You and "trouble" are intimately intertwined, after all.

This isn't what I had in mind when I said I couldn't wait to leave Gallifrey.

As Time Lords we do have quite the responsibility and those restrictions are there for a reason.

They are meant to teach that to aspiring Time Lords, Or did you just skip lessons that day
