[OOC: So, is the Master affected by the flood waters or not? WHO KNOWS. Also, I don't know what exactly happened to him after he tried to kill Tobias, but I figure at the very least he's been under lockdown and all of his toys (i.e. the weapons he'd been trying to build) have been taken away. What else might have been done can be worked out :D
Also, he's whining about his stab wound even though it's not THAT bad an injury.]
