[Text; IN A BUNCH OF LANGUAGES]
My name is Koschei, of the House of Oakdown, and I'm a student at the Time Lord Academy. On Gallifrey. My people will know I'm missing. If you don't release me right now, I'll-- my father will the Time Lords--

[OOC: So, he's been sitting around and translating the above into as many languages as he knows, trying to figure out what his captors speak. SO FEEL FREE TO SAY HE GOT YOUR CHARACTER'S LANGUAGE even if they don't speak English,

And basically, I figure he was still in Level 0 when the flood hit. So there's a bb!Master stuck in the cells. ALSO, this is after he's got the drums/after the Doctor killed Torvic and sold the Master's life to Death, so he's STARTING TO GO CRAZY, but isn't full blown nutso yet. He's just sullen and withdrawn and likes to torment bugs.]

Need I remind you that were it not for my ingenuity, all of you would be even dimmer mindless drones than you typically are! This is my payment for helping you? Imprisonment? Or is this simply the only way you know how to handle any deviation, Dr. Jackman?

[OOC: UGH apologies for incoherence]

[You know that crazy scream the Master did when he regenerated? Imagine a voice post of that, but angrier. And very, very female. HE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE LOVE FLOOD.]

[OOC: WELL the Master might be stuck as a chick longer than intended since LOL he refuses to show any humility. UH also if he seems a little off, my brain's fried, so I'm going to write it off as: he's not putting on his usual posturing; just being more dry and BLECH at everybody]

[When he wakes up, the Master notices a few things have changed. 1) his scenery is no longer Level 0-- Ha! Early release! Of course, this early release has to do with 2) the fact that he feels light-headed and generally weak. Thanks to a certain incident with a certain dhampir (in which the former Time Lord had found himself rather unpleasantly victimized), he's now in the Infirmary, which takes him to the fact that 3) he's restrained to the bed in order to keep him from escaping. With a little snarl, he tugs at the restraints, then stops, so that he can observe them properly and seek out weak points.]

[After a moment, he decides to finally acknowledge the Doctor in a bored voice]

Oh, please tell me you stuck by my bedside fretting, Doctor.

[OOC: SO! The Master's had a rough few days, and after being drained to near-death by Rayne, is now in the Infirmary. People can visit if they... want to see the little freak for some reason, but it'll need to be in a separate thread line from the Doctor's!]

Wardens, Inmates, I have an absolutely illuminating announcement for you:

Given enough time, all of you will be considered a threat under the new 'security protocols.' You'd have been better off under my rule. At least I let you have fun. I offered you treats. All these things will do is exterminate the lot of you. You're not like them, after all, and you never will be. And that makes you expendable.

The Doctor? Again? My, Admiral, you're getting just a touch predictable now.

So, I've been whisked away from Port to be trapped in my cell again. What a surprise. And I suppose I must thank the Doctor: the universe's greatest coward.

The upside: at least I won't be dying with you pathetic little apes.

[OOC: So, with the Doctor sadly leaving us, the Admiral had the Master yanked back into lockdown in his room. Consider this his semi-hiatus, as he'll be locked away until we have a Doctor again!]
